Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Japan — 10–15 business days (standard) / 5–10 business days (express)
• International — 15–25 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your shipment's progress.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
